Animated Video Title Opening

I am looking for an experienced video editor/animator who can create a 5-10 second animated video intro, likely created with AfterEffects. Specifically, I will need: 1. Intro starts with company logo against a black screen. 2. A part of that logo (lighting bolt) becomes animated and moves across the screen with some flare effects. 3. The remainder of the logo fades to black. 4. As lighting bolt moves across the screen, it will reveal supplied images of company EV product and a supplied image of EV car. 5. The EV product and car are then replicated into clusters across the screen. 6. A Branding message Appears at bottom center of screen. 7. Branding message and EV products fade to black and the lighting bolt then slides across the screen revealing the original logo against black background. 8.
