Hi,
I am a final year undergraduate student at a good university and I need 5000 words on an essay in the field of anthropology/study of religions - the module is called 'Death and the Meaning of Life'. I need this done in a month, but would like to keep in touch throughout.
The attachment shows tutorial questions which can form the basis of your essay question but the final question will just need to be approved. I was thinking to do around Christian interpretations of heaven and hell, but this would still need to be more specific e.g. perhaps a comparison of two authors of major works during a specific time period etc, this is up to you
The essay should be in the form of a case study - this means that it should focus on a selected aspect of a specific religious culture rather than on religion or a religion in general or theory as such. The aim of the case study is to investigate a specific phenomenon in depth in the light of existing academic debates. Ideally theory/comparative perspectives should be tested/ developed in this way.
My tutor wants the topic to be extremely extremely specific. This is what I'm having trouble on... I was considering a comparative study of Swedenborg and Luther's interpretations of heaven and hell and focus specifically on that time period. This would mean focussing on very specific literature - primary sources and using supporting literature for background context, if that makes sense? Let me know what you think... The British library catalogue can give you a search of primary literature that may be useful. If you can narrow down the topic question and a bibliography list - I can get this approved by my tutor and let you start working on it?
I really need to get over 80% in this coursework - so to the best of standards. Please let me know if you can do this and quote me a price and get back to me ASAP. Many thanks.
