The following elements should be followed when creating the handbook: 1.) Front cover, with business name and logo. 2.) Contents page for your different policies. Each policy should be on a separate page. 3.) Policy and Procedure Manual for Dry Needling - this was completed within the Myotherapy course units - HLTHIR505C & HLTIN403C. Please include those policies within this handbook. 4.) Privacy and Confidentiality of client information polices and procedures of how you will abide by privacy laws. 5.) A conflict and complaints resolution policy. 6.) Opening / Closing /End of day policies and procedures (locking up, money tallying, lights, powerpoints, computers turned off etc). Be sure to review the Business Environmental Sustainability document from Assessment Activity 1 to help with this. 7.) Staff requirement policies (minimum qualifications, insurance requirements, professional membership requirements, attendance, staff meetings and uniform). 8.) Any other Policies and Procedures you deem necessary
