Build VB.NET ASP application to manage contents of a SQL Server database from predominantly mobile phone based devices. The data model creation script is supplied as are rough screen images of the required screens. The aim is to build a VERY simple application NOT a web site with pretty pictures. Preference will be given to those that can complete in a short time. Money WILL be deducted if the promised timelines are not met.
