ASP.NET to Silverlight Conversion

I have a commerce management system written in C#, it is a Service Oriented Architecture using WCF. The front end UI is written in ASP.NET 2.0 and hosted in IIS. What I would like is a front end UI in silverlight to give the user a better experience and improve performance, which should be relatively easy as the front end UI already exists in ASP.NET and contains very little business logic. What I want is for someone to convert 20 asp.net forms into a silverlight application to assess the viability of converting the whole application. If it works out then more projects for the remaining forms (~150) will be available. The output of this project will: 1. Be a C# silverlight application for running in a web browser 2. Be designed to have a small initial .xap size and download the necessary .dlls as needed to improve performance 3. Connect to the same WCF services that the current asp.net application connects to 4. Have the same look and feel as the asp.net application in terms of using a masterpage style layout for menus etc 5. Contain the basic application framework for the users to log in, generate the main menu for the user and allow them to navigate the application 6. Include 20 "forms" with the same functionality as their asp.net counterparts. Most will be simple, but some will have many controls and a little bit of business logic. 7. Include 5 "controls" based on asp.net usercontrols which the user can add to their dashboard and move/resize as they see fit. These controls contain tabular data or drawn graphs (line, bar, pie) which show data retrieved from the WCF services. Virtually all of the business logic occurs in the existing services behind the UI and is not part of this project, so most of these forms are as simple as: 1. Fetch object or objects from service and display to user 2. Allow user to make changes 3. Send modified objects back to the service. I do not have the available time or silverlight expertise to do this work, so I am hoping that this will prove that the entire project is feasible so I can go ahead and get the whole application converted to silverlight. I have attached a doc with some screenshots of the asp.net application which you will be given to work from, along with a list of the pages to be be included in the silverlight application.
