article script required

Hello Coders I want to extract articles from certain categories from different article websites. What exactly i need is a program where i will enter the name of the website and category and then it will extract all the articles from that category and save them as text file. I will use 7 article directory websites for this. Please let me know your price and time frame along with a proposed solution. I am looking for a cheap solution and don't make placeholder bids.
