ASP Profile Photo Upload with Thumbnails

We want a script with following features in ASP 1. User can upload his profile photo 2. Create 4 size of thumbnails. also we can increase the size 3. Images should store in respective folder sizes 4. When use take mouse over of photo then it should ask to edit profile photo 5. When start upload then progress bar should be there. 6. Or image upload system similar to facebook profile photo. Like image should be upload on same page using progress bar then show image in same place 7. File name should store in database with the usernme. filename will replace with [login to view URL] 8. File size validation,file format validations should be there We need in pure ASP ajax file upload with thumbnail and progress bar and with upload and edit option on same page Our max bid is 20$. so bid under this only and we want this project in 5 days
