bundle component + website/backoffice

I'm looking for a ASM/C++/Ajax developer to code a bundler maker component to use to bundle to programs. Must have knowledge of how to by-pass antivirus and firewall protection, understanding security rings, cryptors, how to by-pass UAC etc. Previous experience with similar programs favorable. The developer will be also involved in the creation of a backend system (open source preferred) where partners can login and an admin section to enable partner to access stats and able to show statistics from the bundle component such: Installations, uninstallations, location, IP, OS, browser > Technology:Please specify what technology you propose to use, e.g. C++, Assembly etc
