Advice on sound foe entertainment area - 09/03/2023 11:18 EST

Building an entertainment external patio are. Need advice as to solid verse decking flooring. Timber or steel structure etc to limit vibration. Would like someone willing to do site visit in Bullsbrook WA. Want to build right. Run events and fund-raisers. Mostly edm but want best build for all. Least vibrations. Also best direction for sound, was on 100 acres previously, wasn't an issue, on 9 acres now so need to consider neighbours. Seeking advise before building
