It is based on public-key cryptography and SSL/TLS cryptographic protocols, which makes it an incredibly secure virtual tunneling protocol. With OpenVPN, you can use redundant data packets to ensure higher chance of packet delivery, and set up a secure connection between offices across the world, securely send business data over standard Wi-Fi networks, or even secure local access computers in a private network. Setup my own OpenVPN server on Linux Ubuntu and have a bunch of Android and Windows clients that work great via an OVPN file I generate. I am trying to get it working on a Linksys router I installed DD-WRT on it. I can connect but cannot get any data working. Ping fails. Disable VPN and works fine. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you The OVPN file that works: client dev tun proto udp remote [IP ADDRESS] 1194 resolv-retry infinite nobind persist-key persist-tun remote-cert-tls server auth SHA512 cipher AES-256-CBC ignore-unknown-option block-outside-dns verb 3 <ca> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- [ca redacted] -----END CERTIFICATE----- </ca> <cert> -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- [cert redacted] -----END CERTIFICATE----- </cert> <key> -----BEG...
I have 2 asterisk servers A and C A is running on Centos 7 and has a static IP C is running on Freepbx (raspberry Pi 4) and has no access from the outside. We also have B which is running OpenVPN and has a static IP current configuration is A -> B > C -> outside Trunk We need the following to be done 1. A SIP remote extension to log in to A 2. A passes the registeration via B (OpenVPN) and register as an IAX2 extension in C 3. SIP remote extension made the call, A will translate the call from SIP to IAX2 Another thing, you would need to access using Anydesk via my PC to access both A and C due to VPN. Thanks
We use two OpenVPN clients with OpenVPN Connect on Windows. By default, it is not possible to open both connections at the same time. Who can configure the client for us to run two connections at the same time?
Open VPN needs to setup on Linux or support os on rack server. Part of this, any challenges at setup or AT&T network should be followup with technicians and work towards closer.
