I need an FDD written up to document how a business process will occur within Dynamics 365 FO
We have a recent installation of business central(cloud). Most is up and running but we need some guidance as well as the service portion setup. It is 2 instances, one for EU and one for US, they are separate, but requirements identical. I can provide a statement of work. Also looking for help with setting up service for CRM, ability to have some limited time back to BC would be a bonus. CRM is fully functioning for sales. I must put that due to our business we require proof of US Citizenship.
