I'm looking for help setting up Zendesk for customer support with WhatsApp, Slack, and Teams. Out of these messaging platforms, I'd like to manage messages in/out with Zendesk. I have some ideas for a workflow for handling customer support requests, but I'm open to recommendations. The customer support team will consist of 1-5 agents. I need help setting everything up and optimizing the system for smooth customer support operations.

I'm wanting to have need two issues fixed in Zendesk 1. Occasionally, I do not receive a ticket when a customer sends a direct email to our email address or submits the form. I am uncertain as to which is the underlying cause. 2. Additionally, when a ticket is closed without a comment, it does not trigger a closure email to the requester. Currently, a comment must be added for this to happen. Could this be updated so it can close with or without comments and send the customer/requester the closed email Thanks
