Hello We are looking for an experienced IT freelancer who can help us get VMware Workstation 15 running properly on Windows 11. Inside the VM we are running Windows XP. We already tried several known workarounds, unfortunately without success. Allways Shows Error: Failed to start the virtual machine. We also tested VMware Workstation 17, but Windows XP either freezes during boot or does not fully load to the desktop. We need someone with strong virtualization / legacy systems experience who can troubleshoot and fix the setup remotely.
