I’m looking for a developer capable of uploading the HTML template I purchased from themeforest, while providing it a dynamic blogging capability. This will be a 5-page static website which need to be neatly designed yet functional. Additional features required include: - The essential pages: Home, Services, Contact us, and About us. - A dynamic Blogging platform with options for comments and a tagging system. - Updated Edit blog feature that supports editing of text, images and format. Required expertise should emphasize on HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP. Previous experience in developing dynamic content and user registration/login system will be highly advantageous.
