I am looking for a freelancer experienced in (preferably) IBM Watson IoT or (second choice) AWS IoT Central. I have devices which talk mqtt, and i would like to get a customized portal set up through which i can sign up and manage such devices, see the data they post as a graph, and get an alarm issued by a device or if a value is out of date or if a device is going dormant. I think this can be done in the above tools without or with little programming. An experienced person in these portals should be able to set this up, customize and explain me in a skype session within a short time.
