I am going to renovate an existing motel. The first thing I will need created is a set of "as built" plans. The previous owner did not have a set and the City does not has a set. It is currently 150 motel rooms split amongst three 2 story buildings. There is also a 4th single story building that has a restaurant and offices in it.
