I require a 3D model to be made of a mixed-use building, a mall with an apartment building. When it come's to details, it is simple since the overall shape is more important. (Not for commercial use). Examples will be attached for the desired outcome. Task Requirement: 1. Create a 3D model for Apartment + Mall (they're together) Only Outside! Zero interior required 2. Create the landscape on (simple, you can add/change components after discussion) 3. Create a simple Render for them. Will be Given 2D floor plans for: 2 Different apartment floors 2 Different Floor's for Mall 1 Top View Plan Ideal Skills: - Experience in a 3D modeling software (Sketchup or 3ds Max) - Experience in rendering modern architectural designs
