We are using Gravity Forms (Wordpress) to allow people to register for our sports league. After they register, it sends the data to our CRM, called FreeAgent. The CRM stores things like the players name, league, parent names, etc. We also have an automated form where users can make revisions to their original registration info. They use this form if they need to change a shirt size, location or other piece of info. This form is also connected to our CRM and will update the related data after submission. This works, except when the user revises the name or birth date of a player.
