We need a Siemens S7-1200 Program written for a small test chamber used to inject a powder into an air stream that flows through a 1 cubic meter environmental test chamber and then comes to a stop of air flow and allow the injected power to settle on small test sensors hanging in the main chamber. I would want a few safety check...discrete output for fan drive contactor relay, future AO for VFD of input fan, injection solenoid for powder injection, future air flow measurement, output for green light, red light and yellow light condition.
