I build things that combine hardware and code — from sensor-driven microcontroller projects to full control-system pipelines. What I do: ESP32/ESP8266 & Arduino development — sensor integration, IoT dashboards, Blynk-based remote monitoring/control PCB design and prototyping for embedded products Control systems and robotics — PID tuning, kinematics, transfer function/state-space modeling, Simulink simulation Signal processing and fault detection — FFT, Hilbert transform, cepstrum analysis, Welch PSD (MATLAB pipelines) Data analysis and MATLAB scripting for engineering/scientific data Recent work: I've built an ESP32-based air quality and weather monitor (DHT11, MQ gas sensor, rain sensor) with live Blynk dashboard integration, and completed a full vibration-based fault detection project on a table fan using an MPU-6050 and current sensor, with a complete MATLAB signal-processing pipeline. I'm currently working on my Final Year Project: adaptive force-controlled robotic drawing on a myCobot Pro 630 collaborative robot arm. I've also completed hands-on internships at Pakistan Ordnance Factories in engineering drawing and telecom departments. What I'm looking for: I enjoy hands-on embedded/IoT builds, control system design tasks, and MATLAB/Simulink-based analysis or simulation work. I'm detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and always documenting my process clearly so clients know exactly what they're getting. less
