In that position I was in charge of reconciling all bank accounts, account receivable, accounts payable etc. Before GWI I spend two (2) years at F.H Computer and General Merchandise. In that position I was in charge of NIS, PAYE, Monthly vat return and preparing Financial Report for Management. Before F.H Computer I spend seven (7) years with D. Bahadur & Co Chartered Accountant at that employer I was a senior in the Value Added Tax (V.A.T) unit and was task with preparing monthly VAT return, payroll, N.I.S, P.A.Y.E and yearly income tax return for several clients throughout the business sector including but not limited to agriculture, import, export, the service sector and the normal buying and selling. My knowledge in the above-mentioned area allows me the privilege of being directly task with training several new staff, being place directly in charge of several audit conducted on clients by the Guyana Revenue Authority (G.R.A) as the law change I was always part of the team that was task with understanding the new calculation, adjustment and or regulation that was implemented. less
