Looking for a freelancer for video editing - 150€.

Recently our NGO hosted a Youth Exchange in Estonia. The theme was about populism. We had 42 participants from Estonia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Portugal, Italy and Cyprus. The project lasted for 12 days. Within the timespan, the participants made a lot of pictures and video clips. We have all the pictures and videos in a Google Drive. There's approximately 3GB of data. For the dissemination process, we would like someone to take the pictures and clips and make us an awesome video. The most important part is that it looks aesthetical and attracting. There are a lot of pictures in the gallery. So, we hope that you can turn them to either gifs or make them present very fastly so rapidly changing pictures will give an overview of the activities we had. In the drive, there are also video clips and by combining and mounting the two, we hope to have a video. The beginning should be made definitely out of clips and if there are no clips to use, then to show the pictures of the activities.

If you have something to mention about Populism in general, it's good. Preferably if you can make European Union or Erasmus+ stand out at some moment, it would be really good. If you don't have enough video-clips, then you can use some from http://toolbox.estonia.ee as it's made by the government and there won't be any copyright issues.

Requirements:
If you must use any background color, it must be blue or match EU.

Attached are three .zip files with logos. You have to use one logo from each zip. They don't have to be presented at all time but I would like if they are in the end of the video, so it would be very clear who organised the event and that Erasmus+ and European Comission has supported it.

You can be very flexible. It can have some animations in it. Preferably, if it has a connection with Erasmus+, European Union or populism.
The duration should be between 2-5 minutes, depending on how you manage to make the video look.

The video should have plenty of different "awesome" transitions.
The video will be mainly used in Facebook, so the beginning should be "banging".

If there's not plenty of clips in the drive then I propose to use something from official promotional videos of European Commission or Erasmus+ programme. As there are plenty of photos and clips, I hope that you can make some sort of storyline out of it, as it would be pointless to just put some random photos on random order. :)

      Thank you for your input. Although, I think it's too ordinary and it should be a bit more changing. Currently, it's like a powerpoint presentation. Also, I am really not a fan of those picture-frames . If you can make it a bit more interesting, that would be great.

    Hello, I am very excited about this opportunity, I'm already working on it. I have just one question regarding the logos, as there are three of them. How do they tie to your project exactly? Are they sponspors, organisators...? I'm just asking as I'm not entirely sure how to use them in the end, if to simply show them or...

      Greetings! Thank you for your input. One of the .zip files was just changed, so it's easier for the freelancers. The changed file was pohilogo-sana.zip. The most displayed should be the logo in logo3.zip file as they were the organisers. The pohilogo-sana.zip and logo-erasmus are the funders of the project. You can use whichever logo you want from the pohilogo-sana.zip and logo-erasmus.zip files as all are correct. I am not entirely sure on the order how to show them but if you can submit some samples, then we can take a look and see which solution is the best. :)

      It's final indeed. I changed it because I wanted to add one link to toolbox.estonia.ee if someone wants inspiration about Estonia but the charlimit forced me to delete something, so I decided to skip the dates and places because I didn't want the freelancers to focus too much on that. But I am really looking forward to seeing some more samples.

    Thank you sincerely for your questions. Unfortunately, as it's my first time with Freelancer portal and I am not aware of the quality, I am a bit afraid of making a guarantee. As I am quite uninformed person towards video editing, I am not aware of how much work it is to make such video, hence I am unable to say whereas the job would be worth 50€ or 300€. Yet though, I am really interested in receiving a result, so if there's a freelancer who thinks that he/she is able to produce something satisfying, we can definitely work it out, even if the budget exceeds.
