Contest Brief

I'm looking to have my current website rebuilt with a new color scheme and changes to the layout. Please look at the attached file. The site has a form and 2 pages (Index, and Terms and conditions page).

I do not want the same color. This site must be very eye catching, professional, and clean. This is a remote computer support service. And there is not 4 employees at this time only one, so 4 employee pictures are not needed.

Please submit a mock up or design idea.
**** No Wordpress
**** All images must be royalty free no exceptions. Upon completion HTML, CSS, and functional form must be delivered.
* Might need a few additional minor additions
