Contest Brief

I would like to recive proposal for my new website.
The old one is http://www.kuix.it/ sorry for the previous link.

I need a home page, internal page and contact page.
The website is WITHOUT WORDPRESS only pure pages.
After i decide a graphic i will need a complete code (php page with html css js ) for responsive website (bootstrap), it's possible to use some effect like wow.js ( https://github.com/matthieua/WOW), constellation like this
( http://codepen.io/acauamontiel/pen/mJdnw) i think is the same for https://laragon.org/ and other to impress my customer and me :).
