Situation
The company is going to offer after-sale service after receiving product feedback from customer.
This progress includes three sections as below, totally we need SEVEN mail templates.
Notice
In Section one and two, please do not use these words in the mail template:
Review, Comment, Feedback, Star, Rating

1. First Mail:
(1) Template One:Tell the customer we have notice the product problem he/she put forwarded and would like to help. Offer trouble shootings and advise further solution: Replacement or refund.
(2) Template Two: Tell the customer we notice she/he is not satisfied with the product and would like to know further details in order to offer proper solution accordingly.

2. Second Mail (when there is no reply received to the first mail for a few days)
Template Three: Confirm if customer has received the first mail and state the solutions again in other words.

(1) Template Four: Inform the customer that the replacement is arranged to her/him, ask the customer to write back after testing.
(2) Template Five: Inform the customer that the refund is issued to her/him and it need a day or two for the transfer by the bank. Ask the customer to write back after receiving refund

1. First Mail
Template Six: Ask the customer if the replacement arrived and works normally. If yes, could she/he remove the product review?
2. Second Mail (when there is no reply received to the first mail for a few days)
Template Seven: Confirm if customer has received the first mail and state the removal request again in other words.
