     250 AUD is a minimum. I guess you can get for 200 AUD in Australia one sample. but as this is a contest, you will get more exterior samples than one.

  i had previous work also in Australia same, but 100aud price is good for exterior only, but with 3d floor plan, you must #increaseprize and if you can #sealed to avoid copying

     I've seen and participated in contests here for similar scope going for upwards of 600USD but for the size of your building i think 400-500usd will lure in some serious minded artists.
