Contest Brief

To design a drug for a particular virus.Here change in virus means change in shape,outer appearance,receptor activity,ion channel activity,biochemical activity outside the virus.The change would be tiny e.g. 99% to 98%.We can use SET or TEM microscope to get the image and apply image tracking algorithm on that image of virus in different chemicals

  Find a video from YouTube e.g flu virus video.use that as data set.Detect and track the virus and see if the virus disappears or changes in the presence of any external agent like a biochemical agent or a biological agent like white blood cell.Goal is is to automate the work of lab scientist so that they can understand what changes the virus by applying AI software on the video image of virus.my email id

  I have awarded you the project.Please read the description where i explained what could be the dataset.if you are able to publish in any notable journal(ugc certified) or arxiv or in any good magazine please include my name -Rudra Prakash sarkar(IEM, saltlake ,kolkata 2001 batch).You can take help from other IIT guy or professor and may include their name in the publication.But don't involve too many people.
