Contest Brief

Having seen the excellent designs produced so far we have realised we need to amend the brief and extend the competition.

The first two vans we get done are going to be black. The design must work on any colour van, but we would like to see the design and a black van. One is going to be a Ford Transit Custom and the other a 2018 Vauxhall Vivaro. We have realised we do NOT want a full van wrap, but a graphic that covers the bottom half of the van with logos and and list of services above.

We like the idea of the graphic going from the front wheel arch to the rear top corner (diagonally), covering the rear doors and back down the other side. No graphics on the roof. We like the bold colourful ones.

The logo should say Nexus: Electrical & Solar Energy.

The services we would like listing on the van are: Solar PV Installation, Battery Storage, Electrical Installations, EV Chargers, Electrical Testing, Fire Alarms & CCTV

I would like an eye catching, professional looking van wrap design done for our company vehicles. The design must be unique, very professional looking, display our company logo, list our services and have contact details. I do not want it to be cluttered with text, must be bold and instantly recognisable as a Solar PV Installation and Electrical Installation Company.

I have attached a banner we designed ourselves for reference, so you can see our logo and the services we offer, but it is not to be used for the van graphics, must be better.

  This happens a lot unfortunately. Contest holders tend to think a lot what good design is. They think "what the most important thing is that i like it". They don't want advice, just tell you do this and do that and choose something ugly while they think it's high quality design. So sad.
