May I know who' are your target readers? What's the title of the book? And maybe you can give us a short sample, this'll allow us to see how it's written. We'll adjust the tone of our writing and align it with yours.

And about the 'unreadable' entries. Make them upload pdf files instead of docs, you'll be able to read their works.
