Contest Brief

Looking to build a two story parking garage on a 70 foot by 45 foot piece of property. The garage can only be entered by one of the 70 foot sides. There is a area that can not be used on that same side due to signage. Looking at it from where it can be entered the left side has a 30 foot entry area, 25 foot of signage, then 15 foot of entry area again. The entire property is 70 by 65 but the first 20 is taken by the sign that goes two stories high. Looking for the most efficient way to manage traffic and get the most spaces.

    Clarifications, No lifts, stairwell will be required somewhere on the layout, may be able to be outside the 70X40 foot block. No ushers/valet, all parking will be self park.

    Yes on space. Possibly on 24 feet. We would have to get an allowance but it is possible.
