Remake photo into a drawn cartoon picture

Contest Brief

Just need 4 things -

1. This racetrack photo attached, turned into a cartoon drawn racetrack.
2. A guy crouched down in the foreground, about to sprint the 100m
3. A finish line in the distance
4. Little chalkboards on the right hand side. At different intervals. I've attached the style of chalkboard I want. Each chalkboard says different things. Here's where each chalkboard goes -

a) At the starting line, on the right hand side of the sprinter "0 Reviews. Experience listed"
b) 10 metres ahead, on the right "5-10 Reviews. $5 trials with family and friends"
c) 20 metres ahead "10-20 Reviews. Real-world bookings. Charge 40% - 70% of goal price"
d) 50 metres ahead "50-100 Reviews. Charge 70% - 100% of goal price"
d) 100m ahead, The Finish Line, on the right. "100+ reviews. You are firmly established. Trial higher prices."
e) On the left hand side, I need little flags that say "add value" at all the same spots as the flags on the right
