Contest Brief

I want to have realistic rendering with combination of your choice of materials and textures. You can add lightning by your own. And landscape design of the front yard. I will show you some examples what Im looking for. The surrounding has to be a neighborhood with houses.
2-3 renders and a night render with lightning. You have there 3ds. file if you need other output I can convert it to obj. or else.

    I need something without bricks a material combination with mortar and ceramic tiles. All the renders are with bricks, its OK but my client want to see something like in the examples as shown in the description. Show me something different.
