I am looking for someone to look at the example video I made then make it look a lot better and more professional. I need a template created so I can use the template to create additional videos myself for other properties. ***** I have Wondershare FIlmora video editing software, I will need the file for the template you create to work when I open it in Filmora so I can use it to create additional videos. *******

To create the video I will need you to go to my site: http://www.virtualopenhouse247.com/la/st_tammany_parish/covington/709-Tunica-Bend-70433 On top of the page is the 3D virtual tour. I want the video you make to show the virtual tour. (It's a promotional video for the virtual tour and the property that is for sale.) I do not have a source file for the video, so you will need to record the screen. The start frame can be a static image of the front of the house for a couple seconds with the address and that it is "For Sale". Then you can get creative and mention the VIRTUAL 3D TOUR presented by VirtualOpenHouse247.com then it can go into the doll house frame and the tour can play. I would like to have text while it's playing saying " To view the 3D Virtual Tour for this property go to: www.virtualopenhouse247.com/709tunica
Get creative, make it look professional.

This contest is for me to select a winner for the template and I will need to be able to edit the template using Wondershare FIlmora software.

9. By the END we can show the 3D doll house, the two statics and then the entering inside the house cut from beginning and placed at the end where you enter in logo of VirtualOpenHouse247.
10. The Logo I did it in a different programme because Filmora doesn’t allow you to do it. Now the LOGO is placed visual correct. I can Send you the file to use it in the future.

5. After first scene I would enter the house and start the tour because as a customer I am interested in house not in “Doll House” that looks to abstract for a normal person who can not relate so easy with 3D objects of unknown spaces.
6. The Tour should contain those unique parts of the house that makes it so cosy, so interesting. I wouldn’t show garage and all bedrooms, choose whatever you feel visual impactful.
7. When you cut inside the whole tour, try to keep the movement of the “camera”, to the left or to the right, to keep fluid movements. Of course you can change the direction of the movement or the rhythm, but keep in mind that only the eye can judge the flow. If there is a second floor I would keep the stairs to be in the clip in order to familiarise the eye of the potential customer with the entire space.
8. From Inside we’re getting outside of the house to fix the last perspective of the house, the backyard where we end the tour.

1. Prepare the virtual tour to have the first static image. Note that I taped the two little arrows up-left and down-left to have less information on the screen to have a “clean” perspective. Prepare the screen to hit the space bar to play the video tour.
2. Open Screen Capture Programme. Play and go on fullscreen virtual tour. I’ve been screen captured the entire virtual tour automated as it is. Note: stay a few seconds after you got in full-screen virtual tour and then press space bar. By the end of the tour exit full screen and press stop in Screen Capture programme.
3. Open Wondershare Filmora and import the video. Then drag and drop into the timeline.
4. In timeline you adjust the edges of your video Begin and End. Begin represents the static shot where you add the title “FOR SALE, Address…” Here what I would suggest is to use the same font that your company has in its visual identity.
