Contest Brief

I need somebody familiar with Photoshop Actions to do a basic action script. I have 2 templates (Horizontal and Vertical) and I have 2 folders full of photos. I need the Action to open a folder and insert each photo into a template before saving it and moving onto the next photo and so on, while keeping the original file name. I have included both templates, 2 images the correct size to use and 2 finished versions so you can see the finished article.
