The title is Paper Wings, the author is Hank Hobby (please include this information on your mock cover.
Synopsis: Milli wants nothing more than to fly. Although many try to dissuade her from
pursuing her dream, she chooses to put her plan into action. She builds a pair of
homemade wings in attempt to feel the wind on her face as she flies through the sky.
Will Milli succeed against all odds?

  I realize the prize may be lower than desired, but writing #increaseprize over and over isn't going to change the budget that we have. I am sorry you feel like it it too low. I will try to find someone else who can work with this budget.
