One house rendering

Contest Brief

THIS CONTEST IS FOR ONLY ONE 3D RENDERING OF A HOUSE.

I need a 3D rendering of the front of this home. Attached are CAD file with two floors and the main front elevation.
The winner will do more renderings (pool and inside) that will be paid for separately.
Attached is a sample rendering for the last house we did.
The house for this contest is DIFFERENT than the sample rendering so we are showing you this only so you see the quality we expect. Do not make the garage doors grey, they should be all white.

Design considerations:
- white stucco on whole building
- tile accent wall on the garage wall, but do not wrap the side walls; tile only on the wall of the garage doors
- YOU CAN TRY SOME IDEAS FOR THE TILE THAT ARE MODERN IN STYLE, large tiles preferred
- garage doors to be flat white with 5 panels
- bronze window frames with light grey glass
- pavers for driveway: 4" x 8" (https://www.tremron.com/images/colors/pavers/full/charcoal.jpg)
- (3) trees in front yard will be silver buttonwood 10' tall
- gate will be horizontal wood fence painted sherwin-williams espresso color
- front window on balcony is a horizontal rolling window
- large windows at stair are fixed windows
- front door is french door with glass sidelight
- handrail is metal with steel cables as drawn
- the site is 60' wide x 110' deep
