Contest Brief

Hello,
Please begin by taking a look at the Office Plan image (office-plan). This contest requires that you create a plan for an office for a real estate company. I have attached a sample image (sample layout) as to the result we expect from you. This is what you must provide us.

The office will need to accommodate 5 workers and must contain at minimum:
-workspace area for 3 office workers (workspaces can be connected and separated by partition walls. Please don't use too many separation walls, we DON'T want a boxed environment)
-workspace area for 2 office managers
-office cabinets and storage
-printer/fax area
-guest area (can be connected to one of the office managers desk)

We are open to any and all ideas and can potentially select more than 1 winner should we find more plans appealing.

PS: Have included views from inside the office space.
