Update, I have received requests and a couple drawings. The small transom window just doesn't look good.. It would be better to make it the same size as others. For the couple that submitted, update if you please, but.. it will not affect overall design viewpoint.

absolutely, the master bathroom we just prefer transom for privacy or privacy glass.. but, if the look just needs a fuller window.. we can do bottom blinds.

Front Cad drawing that has the incorrect height of 12' is supplied. Wall height will be 9' 4" due to ICF stacking.

Hello, Guaranteed is that the prize will be awarded and paid to the design you like, it has already happened some times you work in competitions then the businessman leaves the competition and does not pay. That it is sealed is so that only the employer can see all the designs, and the price increase is to balance the price and the work done. I have designed this type of facade, I can also adjust to what you need, if you want you can contact me by private chat to talk more about the project.

Okay, Thanks for the clarity. I understand and have increased and guaranteed. I hope that also means sealed. I can't find that option. If I missed that, please let me know. Hope this update is fair..

Hi Rafael Enrique F., You indicated to include #guaranteed #increaseprize #sealed I'm not sure how this all works, but I'm willing to increase more for the fall in love with front look idea. I'm sure I have sealed so no others can view.. I will verify. If I'm offering too low, I can increase. I'm hoping I can just get a snap front design look as the front home structure is set. I would take the mock up I choose and then have to make the changes in CAD myself. So, I'm really looking for that brick/stone placement or outside design that works.. does a stucco look on bottom or top go well, etc. , Front porch look design. A quick draft. The inspiration picture I love, but that is a short roof pitch prairie style home. My pitch requires a 8/12 pitch and is a ranch.
