Hello, I am offering $20 to the person who does the best job with this.

I need photo alteration and enhancement done to my friends picture:
- White collar needs to slightly be shown around neck, it is currently hidden under the coat, just rais up the white so its visible.
- Add something that looks like a white handkerchief in coat pocket.
- Whiten teeth
- slightly enhance face to look professional
- Add white background behind him, no shadow

Be careful not to go too far on the alterations and enhancements, as I am trying to make this look very professional.
