Please design me a front cover for a magazine.

Title is "PropertyBook" or "Propertybook" and we would like it to say ".co.zw" in small. Then underneath "The Magazine" or "Magazine"

This is a magazine to complement our website www.propertybook.co.zw
Might want to look at the magazine for inspiration.

Please have aditional writing on the magazine like The Gardener etc...
Please put an issue number somewhere too. Issue 1
Please also have a red or green star somewhere saying "FREE"

Do not use the words "highights"... but i do like the Font.

Please do up in international paper A5 148cm x 210cm with a 3mm bleed all around.

****Please make this look like a professional magazine and not a cartoon or comic book****
