I need a logo for a new home rental company I want to create an image, brand, logo that is trust worthy, reliable, honest but also professional, efficient and energetic with a bit of glamour and with the technology edge even edgy, and modern than my competitors.

Who we are industry country
I need a logo design for a Property Management company (PM) in Vancouver Canada. What is property Management I hear you ask, I rent peoples homes and investment properties, so I find owners that need to rent out their property and then I find tenants to live in them. Most customers find me on the internet, networking or WOM. When people give you their home to rent there needs to be a lot of trust.

Brand Image feel
I want to create an image, brand, logo that is trust worthy, reliable, honest but also professional, efficient and energetic with a bit of glamour and with the technology edge even edgy, and modern than my competitors.

Preferences on design
I would like a clear crisp image, or perhaps hard and sharp like a Diamond. I like symmetry and balance in design I would like to be able to have some silver foil on the logo, a bit of shine and glamour. I don't want an obvious diamond image that will no translate to the rental industry. I like clean bright colours.

The company name is
Diamond Doors Real Estate Services Inc. it will be advertised mainly as in two lines most of the time, with the Diamond Doors bit being bigger so the RES but fits from end to end, sorry this is not a good example but the best I can do on pages doc. I will also need it as just Diamond Doors one line, and one line Diamond Doors Real Estate Services Inc.

The name came about as I wanted to have a name that conveyed the professional but also the more glamorous high end sector of the market, and trust reliably and quality.

I will need a Logo with logo font and style colours in both web and print
Icon; Needs to have either icon or initial that can be used for favicon or plugin symbol
Final file needs to be provided in vector format (either ai or PSD)
Fonts used need to be original or free license (for commercial use)
Make sure it can be used for: Emails, Business Cards, Print and Web and any other relevant uses.
Include: jpg .png and .pdf files of the logo/artwork - please also include .ai logo of the artwork .psd file of all work if possible.
I would like the logo colours RGB, CMYK and HEX #
I want a reverse black and white version (black background white text and white back ground black text)
I want the logo to have the ratios included and size vertical and horizontal
I want the logo in both short and long bar and just Diamon Doors and Just a Image
I need to have the following to work on Social Media
Facebook logo picture 851x315 - profile background photo Image 180 x 180
Twitter - header 1500x500 - profile logo picture 400x400
Google + Profile logo picture 250x250 cover photo image2120x1192
Linked in standard logo 100x60 - square logo 50x50 banner image 646x220
Pinterest profile photo logo 600x600 - board thumbnail 222x150
Instagram 161x161


I have looked at a lot of images and will add some


I saw interesting images on shutter stock for the word diamond I have included a few of these.
I like a lot of the marketing by Wally Olins especially the City of London Adverts his advertising agency did Saffron. http://saffron-consultants.com/work/london/

    I know that you have already shortlisted a few finalists, but I had a really good idea that I was working on the last couple days (some ideas take more than a day or two to complete, as it involves research and experimentation ) . I just submitted it now. Kindly do consider it, before rejecting, as I do believe this logo might be one that you really like :)

    Thank you for the questions, I appreciate your help on this, I understand from the website help page that if I specified sizes or colours or design specifics like long bar short bar that these are to at least be agreed by the designer in writing or I am only paying for what is in the submission I am not able to negotiate this after it says so I am asking for agreement at least if not the complete design work to the requirements I made. Thanks

      Anyone here would be happy to make you more versions and to fit your needs - i f possible. Most designers stay in touch with the companies they worked for because it is always a later need for some adaptation of the design, like fitting the logo in a commercial or on a banner or just new business cards and letterheads. So you don't pay just for a logo, it is a relationship for the future. As i mentioned in my message i would be glad to fit the design in any size and color you desire, even a t later time.

      I would go no further with my time if you don't like the initial shape of my logo-design. From rejecting, i understand you didn't like it at all, so i stop. If you like the shape but would want to try some other color or size, etc. you can just say so in a message. Logo is about transmitting a message with as few lines as possible. If you reject designs just because they didn't make you a Facebook version or some specific size, it is YOU who will lose the good design. Go for the BEST IDEA - resizing or coloring can be made by any high-school kid !

    Hi . my logo submitted was to see if you like only then i would go into the whole package you wanted. not fair to do the whole package and not get chossen . so if you like the design then tell the people who you like so they can do the whole package

      hi vicimacleod, you can request the designers to provide the whole package if you like their design proposal. in the end, you still have the whole control over the contest as you are the contest holder.

      HI vicimacleod. it would be advisable to first really rate the proposed designs you like the most and provide the designers some feedback if you need to see some changes to the proposed designs. because the other requirements like FB logo picture, long and short bar designs can follow once you had approved or like the proposed designs. it can also be done during hand-over.
