Contest Brief

I need some graphic design. We would like logo and mission statement combined to use as wall art. Clean and modern.

We are simply looking for some graphic design or logo designers to help overlap our mission statement (working under our logo) with the logo (the three blue circles). We would also consider just a re-design of the layout.
I added a picture of someones that I kind of like to use as reference. I was thinking out logo with the 3 blue circles and restore medical partners in the background and the mission statement words overlapping on top
