Contest Brief

We need a quality logo for our newly built tourist accommodation at the beach in the beautiful South West corner of Western Australia. The house is very contemporary in design, 2 storey with gorgeous ocean views. It features lots of modern amenities made of timber & limestone. We are looking for a design that is modern but at the same time it needs to be beachy & simple.
Logo needs to be able to be printed on paper but will also be on our street address sign.

    Designs are looking great guys but to add to the brief-we don't want palm trees but like the designs that have incorporated the sun, land & ocean. Our cottage is two storey with a skillion roof design (Not pitched) & don't mind a simple outline of one.
