Not only is it breaking the law it is against freelancer policy to use clipart or even part of clipart or taking 2 cliparts and making one out of them it is all against the rules and the law. Sorry if you are the ones doing this but you are no different from a common thief trying to deceive the CH and ruin the contest for honest designers. If you are a "copier" Sorry to expose you but if you didn't steal/copy in the first place you wont get caught.
