Contest Brief

I’m looking for simple, yet creative logo for my new inspiring podcast “Maina Traction.” Maina Traction is a play on my last name Maina, and it’s a podcast for anyone who struggles with overcoming fear (traction). I will interview guests who will share their success stories as well as the obstacles and fears they had to face during that process. I want a logo that’s simple yet makes a bold statement on overcoming fear.

I would like to see a podcast mic stemming from the I in MAINA, or else where if you're creative with it. I prefer Maina stacked on top of Traction. I would also like to see an option of the bottom of the word TRACTION looking rough on the bottom (representing traction, or forward movement). As far as color options, I'm thinking a metallic blue and silver, but I'm open to other options. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Thank you, and looking forward to seeing your creativity!!

    Please check the updated logo description. I'm trying to be as clear as possible. I'd like a podcast mic added into the logo design so it's clear that this is a podcast. Maybe it can be positioned between Maina and Traction, and the mic could possibly represent the "T" in Traction if done creatively. Thanks!

    Thank you all for the logo options, but the mountains are not working. I need a bold logo that represents "Traction" so I'd like to see options with gears. Possibly mechanical gears that represent movement and traction, and maybe even forward momentum. Thanks again, and looking forward to selecting a winner!
