Contest Brief

I am opening up a tea shop that serves high tea and an assortment of pastries. Tea here is a fine dining experience with fine china and luxury assortment of teas. I would like the color pallet to be FUN with multiple colors possibly pastel colors but I am open to different ideas i would like it to be BRIGHT, FUN, PLAYFUL maybe with a tea pot incorporated.
