I need some Graphic Design/UX/UI for a mobile app

Contest Brief

I am looking for someone to provide complete UI/UX designs for a mobile app. These designs will form the basis for future development work so need to be suitable for handing over to developers. They also need to be of high enough quality to enable me to validate the ideas with potential users and sponsors of the app. I will also require a logo design to be incorporated. The name of the app is Spoke. The persistent theme needs to be cycling and road safety.

I can provide low fidelity wireframes:

Which should hopefully help with the flow of the user journey through the app screens. But I am open to the designer suggesting additional design elements based on their experiences.

I can also provide business requirements which help illustrate the user stories.

By way of outputs I require something akin to an Adobe XD prototype of the app that I can use for demonstration purposes. It doesn't have to be Adobe XD however, so whatever you are most comfortable with.

I need more information to do improve the UX for the product! the below queries as it will immensely help in designing a great experience

Is the design for Android or IOS?
Who are the targeted audience (Age group and gender)?
Have you collected any survey that i can refer to?
How long do user/people commute in cycles?
Do users cycle to work or as a hobby/recreational ?
Do users wear cycling hand gloves?
Does the app support voice inputs ?
I would like to discuss these with you before starting with the app design.
