Contest Brief

I need a 3D design in IGES or STP file format of a candy swirl lollipop something like the attached photo. The item will be made from plastic and come in 2 halves so you need to include how they will stick together.
At the bottom there needs to be a 1cm hole for the lollipop stick.
The 2 halves will be taped together along the round outer edge.
The lollipop in my image has 4 swirls.
I want the centre small swirl to be flat, round in shape and sunken in slightly because a round sticker will be stuck on this on the front side only just like the sticker on the attached image called "halloween swirl". My sticker should be smaller than the one in the photo approx 4cm diameter.
This will mean we will only actually see the 3 outer swirls.

length of stick 12cm
total length of lollipop from top of lollipop to bottom of stick 26cm
