Contest Brief

I am looking for a person to help me refine my logo and then possibly work on further branding.
My business is a coaching business for teachers.
I currently have a logo image that I designed myself and like very much, but I'm not opposed to discussing changes.
I also have a version that has my company name on it, but that name is very long (TCS Coaching Services) which makes the logo challenge. I have a tagline "Find Joy in Teaching Again!" which I would like on the logo. At this point, I feel that is more important than the company name. But if you can include both that's a plus!
I also need help determining a proper font for this, which I why I need your help also!
My website is www.joyfulteaching.net, if that will help you. My base color is #f49e00.
I will attach both the logos I have and a document so you can get a feel for my current "look and feel" The document uses Hex Code #f8991d, CMYK: C 0% M 47% Y 100% K because I was told that there wasn't a corresponding CMYK for #f49e00.

In the end I would like to have the source files as well as a .png and .jpg files. One in black and one in orange.

In my business, I work with teachers who are frustrated and burnt out. Teachers who feel like it might be time to quit, but want to make one last effort to see if they can stay. Hence the tagline "Find Joy in Teaching Again!"
