  I updated the requirement document for furniture. Please have a look:
  
  Sleeping room / Bedrooms:
  Beds must 160x200 using two bed base of 80x200
  see picture Sommier tapissiers 80x200 at the end of this document
  so they can be splitted if people want to sleep seperate

  Living room:

  I have a question, by the photos and by the pdf plan, the stair does not match between the two of them, on the foto it shows 12 steps to get to the bathroom, and with the space of the plans it really doesn't fit, do you know how tall are each step?

     Can you tell me why this is important ?
     I am not sure to get the problem. I am not on the premisses so it will not be possible to get clarification for this. I suppose steps are 17 to 20 cm height but I am not really sure of it. Bathrooms are now on every half level. If the stair number and height is not correct on your plan it will not be an issue.

     It was just really to put together the whole building to have a better perspective of how everything works, to be able to present a section of everything, I already manage to fit that, and now will be working with each apartment on 2d and 3d

  The window to the right of the second apartment facing the street is very different in plan compared to the photo (it looks as wide as the one on the left in the photo and not wide as the one below it)

     Well spoted, You are right Emanuele, the picture is the correct one.
     Architecture plan may not be perfectly right as they were drawn for surface calculation only but are still a very good representation of the reality.
     High resolution pictures can be provided if needed.
